Fareena, I have no idea what country you're from, but it sure doesn't sound like any Muslim country.  Let me tell you something.  Are you trying to tell me that Iran is not Muslim?  I think you better look that one up hon, they are most DEFINITELY Muslim. You want to tell me that Arabs are not Muslim? Man I don't know where you're coming from, but it is common knowledge that both places are supremely Muslim.

Let me also add that you can quote the Quran all day and night......it still does not change the way life is lived in Muslim countries. Visit one sometime! You are looking at the Muslim religion through idealistic glasses.  Just where are you from anyway??  It doesn't seem like you have ever even VISITED the Middle East.  Until you do, I think maybe you should indicate the type of Muslim you are speaking about, because none of the ones I know live as you say they do.

BTW, the Muslim religion in the Middle East is one of the oldest, and I promise you it makes no vows to women.  It preaches subservience to men.  If that is how you like your life, that's up to you.  I am not a pregnant teen, there were no pregnant teens anywhere in my family.  There also were no wife beaters, slanderers, or any of the other unsavory titles you hang on Americans.  Oh, and one more thing, America doesn't seek out foreign people. Foreign people seek out America.  I wonder why? You may want to think about that one hon.   :)
